Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive way of rebalancing the bodies' energies. It can help all aspects of the body, mind, emotions and spirit as well as encourage personal and spiritual awareness and growth.

First Degree Reiki - For the Self, Family & Friends

Theory Includes:

• The History of Reiki
• How Reiki Works
• How to give a Self Treatment
• Treating Family & Friends
• Lots of Practice Time

Second Degree Reiki- Continue your Reiki journey with Distance Healing and further techniques.

By being attuned to 2nd Degree Reiki the Reiki Energy if significantly enhanced.
During your training we will show you three of the Reiki Symbols, how to draw them, what they mean and how to incorporate them into your treatments. Distance Healing & how to 'Send' Reiki will also be taught as will more Japanese techniques. Specific time is allocated for practical sessions

Reiki Master Practitioner - For the committed student who wishes to progress further & start their own Reiki Practice.

One of the Master symbols will be taught at this level including how to draw it, what it means and how to incorporate it into your treatments.
Ethics, Legal Requirements and some business studies will also be covered during this level.
You will be required to carry out 2 case studies after the training.
Case Studies to be completed and handed in for consideration before certification granted

Other Information
Regular Reiki shares will take place so that you can share a treatment and interact with other Reiki students. We always try to encourage our students to participate in these shares as can help in Reiki development as well as sharing Reiki experiences and off course sharing a Reiki treatment with each other.

If you are embarking on 2nd Degree or above, and have not trained with us before, you will be required to provide evidence of your previous Reiki training i.e. copy certificate and your lineage.

For Practitioner level we suggest that you again a certificate in First Aid through a recognised organisation. A short course on Business studies may also be appropriate.
