During the late 1990’s I went through a highly charged, personally emotional period. Thankfully a friend suggested taking a course of treatment in Aromatherapy and Massage for relaxation. This proved to be a turning point in my life and set me on the path towards alternative and complimentary therapies. Over the period of time I have devoted to these therapies, I hold qualifications through ITEC in Holistic Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy, Reflexology; I also hold other qualifications in Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Thermal Auricular Candling (Hopi Ear Candling), Crystal Wand Healing Facial and Adult Education. I am fully insured through Embody and a full member of the Complimentary Therapy Association.

I come from a background within the manufacturing industry; for 20 years I was a Factory Manager for a Rotational Moulding company. In the latter part of my employment the stresses and confines associated with this lifestyle began to take a physical effect on my health. A friend recommended Reiki as a form of stress management. My experience with Reiki showed me that I had actually been carrying out healing on others and situations for several years, although I wasn't aware of this. With the results I received while being given Reiki and my own experiences of healing I decided to look at the Reiki system in depth which lead me to learn and be attuned to Reiki and become a Reiki Master.

Both Sue and Phil have completed all levels of Reiki attunement and are Reiki Master/Practitioner Teachers and currently run Reiki training courses for First Degree through to Teacher.
